Hareem Shah and her husband Bilal Shah went to the Sindh High Court (SHC) to ask for protection for her because she was being threatened.
The TikToker’s plea has been answered by the IG of Sindh, the Sindh home ministry, and others.
Shah’s lawyer, Munir Ahmed Khan, asked the court to hear the case as soon as possible.
The case will be heard by a single judge, Aftab Ahmed Gorar.
In a case about money laundering, TikToker Hareem Shah had already given a full apology.
This year, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) opened a money laundering investigation against Shah because of a video that went viral in which she showed off foreign currency and said it was easy for her to get a lot of money out of South Asia.
The 30-year-old woman gave her statement in the case to an investigation team at the FIA office in Karachi.
