Prime Minister Imran Khan has appealed to the people to join the telethon at 4: 00 pm on Thursday.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Ehsaas Telethon would be aired live on Thursday to collect funds for the people affected by a coronavirus in the country.
PTI’s official Twitter account posted an official video of the PM Imran Khan in which the premier had said that the government was spending amount to aid the people suffering amid lockdown measures. He said that more money is required due to the increasing number of cases.

The PM had earlier said on Wednesday that the Pakistanis have successfully faced difficult times. The nation will also succeed in the war against the pandemic.
The premier had said, “We have to witness how long this war against coronavirus will continue. This nation fights unitedly whenever a crisis hits the country. Coronavirus makes no difference between a rich and poor person after we saw the situation of Europe and the United States (US) due to the pandemic.”
“I want to tell the nation regarding the importance of the Corona Relief Fund. We have delivered Pakistan’s biggest-ever relief package worth $8 billion in accordance with our available resources. US government had announced a $2200 billion package amid COVID-19 crisis.”
