Prime Minister Imran Khan’s blood sample collected for the COVID-19 test, the results will be communicated after 24 hours.
In a media briefing with the Prime Minister, Focal Person on Coronavirus, Dr. Faisal Sultan said that he recommended Imran Khan to get test for coronavirus.
He further said that the Prime Minister met with Corona-positive person, after which it has been decided to conduct the virus test.
Dr. Faisal who is also prime minister’s personal physician and CEO of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, told media that Imran Khan will follow all protocols that recommend seclusion for people who meet people who tested positive for the coronavirus.
Note that, Faisal Edhi, the head of Edhi Foundation and the son of philanthropist late Abdul Sattar Edhi, has tested positive for Coronavirus .
On April 15, Faisal Edhi has presented a cheque for the donation of Rs10 million in the PM’s relief fund for coronavirus affectees.
