The Duke of Sussex spoke on the phone with King Charles III, who advised him to visit the Balmoral Castle on Thursday morning when the royal family had assembled to be with Queen Elizabeth as she passed away.
According to the most recent allegations, Charles, 73, warned Prince Harry not to bring Meghan Markle to the Queen’s deathbed at Balmoral Castle.
The Duchess of Sussex did not accompany Harry to Balmoral on Thursday, which put an end to the rumours surrounding her absence. According to The Sun, Markle was not ‘welcome’ to travel with the rest of the royal family.

A source told the outlet, “Charles told Harry that it wasn’t right or appropriate for Meghan to be in Balmoral at such a deeply sad time.”
“It was pointed out to him that Kate was not going and that the numbers really should be limited to the very closest family. Charles made it very, very clear Meghan would not be welcome,” the source further added.
Ninety minutes after the announcement of the Queen’s passing, Prince Harry was the first member of the royal family to depart the Scottish estate.
