Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said TeleSchool Channel will assist in promoting literacy in country.
In a series of tweets,
She said the channel launched to benefit students from class one to twelve as formal educational process suspended due to Coronavirus outbreak.
Furthermore Dr Firdous said the channel will enable students to get education, while staying at home.
She said out of school children, unable to go to school for any reason, can also take advantage of this project.
Moreover Dr Firdous said its transmissions can viewed through satellite and antenna from eight in morning to six in evening.
She said children of far flung areas and students can benefit from this teaching and learning source.

نشریات کا دورانیہ صبح8سے شام6بجے تک ہوگا۔ اول سے بارہویں جماعت تک کے طلباءاس سے مستفید ہوں گے۔ٹیلی اسکول سے وہ بچے بھی فائدہ اٹھائیں گے جو کسی وجہ سے اسکول نہیں جا پاتے۔گھر بیٹھے افراد کو تعلیم کے زیور سے آراستہ کرنے کایہ منصوبہ ملک بھرمیں خواندگی کے فروغ میں بھی اہم ثابت ہوگا۔
