Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari has accelerated his political activities in Dubai as he called Sindh Minister for Local Bodies Nasir Shah to the Capital of the UAE on Monday.

According to Bol News TV, Nasir Shah has reached Dubai where Zardari has been staying for many days.

The channel further reported that the PPP Co-Chairman has summoned Shah to discuss the country’s current situation.

Asif Ali Zardari is being said that he is chalking out a new political strategy to handle the fast-changing political scenario.

The political pundits are saying that the PPP is afraid of the announcement by PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s public meetings in Sindh and contesting by-elections on nine NA seats across the country particularly in Karachi.

As per Bol News TV, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has also called the party central leadership of Sindh to discuss the Karachi by-election.

The channel added that Bilawal has assigned the leaders different tasks to win the by-polls at every cost.

Zardari after the defeat of Hamza Sharif in the Punjab Chief Minister election case in Supreme Court of Pakistan had left for Dubai without any known reason.

Zardari’s all efforts including many visits to Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and his persuasion to the Chaudhry to support Hamza Sharif in the run-off election of Punjab Chief Minister could not bear fruits and met defeat in the SC.

It is pertinent to mention here that Asif Ali Zardari advised Hamza Shehbaz of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) not to resign immediately after the defeat in Punjab by-elections.

As per sources, a confidential meeting between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari took place at the night of July 11 in Lahore – the leaders discussed the current political situation.

The development came after the by-polls in Punjab where Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) wins and Hamza Shehbaz lost the majority in Punjab Assembly (PA).

It has been disclosed that Asif Zardari suggested Hamza not resign from the slot for now adding that do not be hasty in any matter as many options are still open for PML-N.

However, PM Shehbaz had advised his son to resign after the defeats in by-elections.
