Records show the South Carolina Democrat’s campaign money went to his daughter and grandson.

Clyburn’s campaign provided $7,500 to 49 Magnolia Blossom LLC. South Carolina corporate records show Jennifer Clyburn Reed as the company’s registered agent.

The company’s address is where she and her spouse lived. They bought the house in February 2003 and sold it in April 2021, citing Richland County records.

The Democrat’s reelection campaign continues paying his grandson, who runs it. Between April and June, Walter A.C. Reed got six $3,500 payments, totaling $21,000.

Reporters stated Clyburn’s daughter’s business has received $62,500 in rent since March 2020 and his grandson over $35,000 since October 2021.

Clyburn has also provided campaign money to other family members.
