Friday night, the Justice Department revealed more material on what the Oath Keepers allegedly did to prepare for violence in Washington, DC on January 6, 2021. They allegedly taught “hasty ambushes,” established a “kill list” of Georgia election officials, and tried to make firearms.
In a court filing, the government revealed new details. The filing provided a list of evidence prosecutors wanted to utilize at the September trial.
Stewart Rhodes, Kelly Meggs, Kenneth Harrelson, Jessica Watkins, Roberto Minuta, Joseph Hackett, David Moerschel, Thomas Caldwell, and Edward Vallejo, nine Oath Keepers charged with seditious conspiracy, planned violence, and tried to stop Joe Biden from becoming president.
However, all nine have pleaded not guilty and denied involvement in January 6 violence.
At least seven Oath Keepers have agreed to collaborate with the DOJ, and three have pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy. The latest complaint names some of those who helped the Oath Keepers prepare for trial.

Prosecutors claim Rhodes asked other Keepers to join him in Texas following the 6th. He told them to get burner phones and wear masks. The court filing alleges he also bought gun parts.
Rhodes allegedly supplied an AR-15 firearm to another gang member in a car. He said he didn’t want to be caught by police alive.
Phillip Linder, Rhodes’ lawyer, said he didn’t know of any violent intentions or participate in the Capitol violence.
