Last week, she received criticism from a well-known chef for her “complex” meal requests.

The mother of four is the new face of Vogue Australia’s cover and discusses her daily schedule, including her two morning exercises and her love of an extreme beauty treatment, in the interview that goes along with the cover shoot.
The conversation took place in the Holland Park, London, home that Victoria shares with her husband David, their three younger children, Romeo, 19, Cruz, 17, and Harper, 10, as well as their three younger siblings.
Victoria is said to follow a strict schedule while she is at home in London, rising at 6:45 a.m. every day and immediately going to the huge gym in the basement of the family’s opulent home.
The former Spice Girl uses this treadmill to start her day off by running uphill for 30 minutes, and she confesses to Vogue of her top-of-the-line exercise gear: “I look at it and feel physically nauseous.”
Before returning home for a taxing hour-long weights session with her personal trainer, she squeezes in Harper’s school run.
After that, she treats herself to a professional blow dry in her glam area while applying her own cosmetics with items from her stash.
Despite the fact that Victoria loves to splurge on must-have items like Balenciaga’s sparkly thigh-high boots, Vogue reports that “99 percent” of Victoria’s wardrobe is her own creation. She also uses her own skincare and beauty products.
Victoria Beckham acknowledges that she is “extreme in anything I do,” especially when it comes to her much-discussed eating patterns.
She responds to her husband David’s admission that she typically eats grilled fish and steamed veggies for dinner by joking:
‘Talk about making me sound boring!. No. What he meant is that he’s never met anyone who’s more disciplined with the way that they eat.’
‘I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing. I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to. I’ll detox from anything for three to six months where I won’t drink.’
‘I’m quite extreme in anything I do, whether it’s eating or working out or drinking or not drinking.’
Victoria Beckham has admitted that she never starts her day without consuming apple cider vinegar and never makes coffee without adding Skinaide collagen peptide powder.
She also indulges in the most recent cosmetic procedures, such as radio frequency and Collagenwaves, as well as a “eye-burning treatment” in which the underside of the eye is burned. This procedure “forces the body to generate collagen and repair itself,” according to the woman.
Victoria’s admissions about her daily regimen follow last week’s criticism from the renowned Spanish chef for upsetting him at a celebrity wedding with her ‘complex’ supper orders.
When former Real Madrid player Sergio Ramos married his model and TV presenter wife Pilar Rubio in Spain in 2019, three Michelin star chef Dani Garcia, 46, stated the Spice Girl had “changed the whole menu.”
Dani said that Victoria always kept bowls of mints and coconut water nearby, calling the practises ‘odd’ in a recent interview.
Speaking candidly about what it was like to prepare the wedding supper for the fashion designer near Seville in June 2019, Dani remarked on Spanish TV on Monday night: “It was very strange. Victoria Beckham changed the whole menu.
‘It was very sad because when you make such an effort, not just me and my team but the bride and groom and everyone else to create a unique menu.
‘Hers was totally different and just based around vegetables. And then there were some odd things that I’ve never seen in my life.
‘She had coconut water, all the time, a bowl of mints and then on the other side hydroalcoholic gel which is very famous now but back then wasn’t because the Covid pandemic hadn’t started.
‘It was complicated giving Victoria her menu that night.’
Disputing Dani’s version of events, a source close to Victoria said: ‘This makes a great story but isn’t fair or accurate – the most Victoria would have done when asked about dietary requirements is ask for some plain fish and vegetables.’
David, Victoria’s husband, previously remarked that she has consumed steamed fish and vegetables for her meals for the past 25 years and “rarely detracts” from this diet.
On the River Cafe Table 4 podcast, David commented on Victoria’s highly particular eating preferences and said, “I get quite emotional about food and wine, and when I’m eating something great, I want everyone to try it.
‘Unfortunately I’m married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years. Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.’
‘The only time she’s probably ever shared something that’s been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing.
‘It was one of my favourite evenings. I can’t remember what it was but I know she’s not eaten it since.’
For years, Victoria’s “odd” eating habits have drawn a lot of attention.
She reportedly only consumed strawberries and mineral water when competing in Euro 2004.
