WhatsApp is currently testing a few new features. It offers Communities, up to 512 group members, and the capacity to send files up to 2GB in size. By providing you with new Unicode emojis; WhatsApp is attempting to overcome this restriction. The news that WhatsApp is working on allowing you to use any emoji as a reaction; was first reported by WABetaInfo. When you open the reaction menu in the most recent WhatsApp beta (v2.22.15.6 or 2.22.15.7); a new Plus icon will display for you to use. When you tap it, you’ll be able to choose from among the many Unicode emoji; that are already installed on your device.
