Prodigal “golfing influencer” Claire Hogle, who has been labelled the “next Paige Spiranac,” thanked all of her followers on Instagram as she celebrated achieving the milestone of 500,000 followers.
The amazing golf footage that the 23-year-old has been posting on a daily basis to her YouTube channel have been drawing attention. People have already compared Hogle’s social media posts to those of Spiranac, who has over 283,000 YouTube subscribers.
Hogle still has a long way to go before her own videos on the green can even begin to compete with those of Spiranac. As she celebrated having 500,000 Instagram followers, she is undoubtedly moving in the right path.
Hogle’s follower count has increased to 515,000 despite only recently adding her 500,000th follower; this represents a gain of nearly 15,000 followers in less than 24 hours. She and Spiranac have been compared because of how similar their professional paths have been.
Spiranac participated in her maiden LPGA qualifying event in 2016, however she was unable to obtain a card and become a professional. Spiranac gained renown, though, by uploading instructional golf videos to her YouTube channel, which consistently draws hundreds of thousands of viewers each week.

Like Spiranac, Fogle progressed up the golf ranks while competing at the collegiate level. As a member of the California State University San Marcos team, she first gained attention.
According to Fogle in an interview posted on the College website, “My dad has played golf his entire life, so I grew up around it, but I never played or pursued it.” My mother warned me in eighth grade that I had to participate in at least one season of high school golf or else.
I played my one season, for which I spent the entire summer practising, and I truly enjoyed it. Although I first didn’t want to, I ended up really like it and continued to pursue it.

Fogle failed to overcome the obstacles necessary to enter the professional world and seems to have devoted the majority of her attention to her social media activities. Fogle has plenty of time, at the age of 23, to reconsider her career goals and see if she can secure a coveted spot on the tour.
However, Fogle continues to get a lot of possibilities from her modelling sessions, where she has posed on the fairway and at the tee. And if those continue to gain a growing following of admirers among golf influencers, she might not ever need an 18-hole golf course to establish herself as a household figure in the business.
