- ISPR said that the force is determined for the peace process in Balochistan
- The security forces killed 6 BLF militants in an operation

QUETTA: The army media wing (ISPR) said on Sunday that the security forces in Pakistan remain determined to thwart the attempts on peace in Balochistan.
The statement came when Security forces gunned down six militants of Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) in an operation near Paroom in Balochistan.
“Security forces, in step with the nation, remain determined to thwart attempts at sabotaging peace, stability and progress of Balochistan,” vowed the ISPR.
ISPR in an statement said that the militants were killed during an operation on Sunday.

The operation was launched by the security forces in the Zarman range on information of the presence of terrorist.
“Six terrorists belonging to BLF have been killed in ensuing exchange of fire. These terrorists were involved in attacks on security forces posts besides recent planting of IEDs on security forces convoys in Proom and surrounding areas of Panjgur,” said ISPR.
During the operation, arms and ammunition were also recovered which the terrorists intended to use for disturbing peace situation in the area.
Earlier, the media wing said that the army is determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country.
ISPR released the statement in regards to the martyrdom of a soldier during an exchange of fire with terrorists in North Waziristan’s Datakhel area.
