- Court orders FIA to submit reply in case against Dania Shah

KARACHI: A district Sessions Court South heard the case of action against host Aamir Liaquat’s third wife Dania Shah for sharing objectionable content for her husband on social media, reported BOL News.
The court heard the petition for action against Dania Shah under Cyber Crime Act and issued notices to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and others.
The court sought replies from the parties till July 6 in regards to the violation of cyber law by Dania.
The petitioner maintained that the third wife should be held accountable by FIA for sharing beyond the pale content of her husband on social media.
It was also stated in the plea that Dania has brought disgrace to the women of Pakistan and Pakistani women bowed their heads in shame after the video-leak incident.
Notably, Dania Shah shared some deplorable videos of the televangelist over some minor disputes between the couple.

The videos shattered the host to an extent that he took to his social media and multiple times shared messages on how distressed he was feeling over the situation.
Later, the most celebrated personality died suddenly at his residence at Khudadad Colony on June 9 and no cause was his death revealed.
The family opted to not process the postmortem of the deceased and the former was buried the next day.
However, a court after hearing a petition for Aamir’s exhumation ordered an autopsy to rule out the cause of his death. A six-member board has been formed in this regard and the exhumation will be done on Thursday, June 23.
