Sal Vulcano, Brian “Q” Quinn, and James “Murr” Murray, as well as an outstanding array of guest performers, will return to our small screens on June 16 for Season 10 of Impractical Jokers. While Brooke Shields and Jillian Bell are fans of this season,
Sal revealed in an exclusive interview who he’d like to play the fourth joker. The jokester he has in mind? None other than comedian Jack Black.
Sal explained, The guy I’m truly pushing out into the cosmos that I want to get on is Jack Black. That was one of my first thoughts when we were discussing the situation.

He said, “He reminds me of a hero. He’s really adaptable, in my opinion. He’s a hoot. I just have a feeling he’d be a fantastic match.”
While we wait for the School of Rock star’s reaction, we have lots to look forward to this season, which will be the first since the arrival of original joker Joe Gatto earlier this year.
“This will be a season unlike any other,” Sal said. “Right now, we’re having on celebrity visitors who we’re bringing into our universe.”
He went on to say, We didn’t just book somebody for a name or to promote anything. They’re all biological friends of ours however we have relationships, and we had ideas personalised to them.

And with newbies in each episode, we may be in for even more chuckles than usual.
Sal, who is currently on a 60-city stand-up comedy tour, explained, “You never know how it’s going to work when you introduce someone into what we do,” but “I can tell you that because of that dynamic, it reached different and new heights as far as what we were able to do and how much we laughed again.”
He continued, “To see someone new in these scenarios, like that energy, you can’t recreate it—to see it through their eyes, to put someone through the wringer and someone that you guys know, like, it’s another public person.”
