Culprit was apprehended. Los Angeles Police Department Deputy Chief Alan Hamilton remarked, “We do not believe he was hunting for somebody in particular or targeting a specific individual.”

The man was rushed to the hospital with what seemed to be self-inflicted wounds to his arms, according to Hamilton.

He stated the knife, which was around 3 to 4 inches long, was found.

A representative for Northridge Hospital, where the three patients were transferred, stated Friday night that all three were in stable condition. One of them was in severe condition, according to Hamilton, and was undergoing surgery.
