QUETTA: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid his first official visit to Quetta on Thursday, where he will lay the foundation for different development projects and will inaugurate Gawadar East Bay Expressway in Gwadar.
The prime minister was welcomed at Quetta Airport by the chief minister of Balochistan Abdul Quddus Bazinjo on his one-day-long visit. Federal and provincial ministers, chief secretary Balochistan, Inspector General Balochistan, and other government officials were also present.
Prime Minister Shehbaz will also have an aerial tour of the Gwadar port.
PM Shehbaz will also address the nibbles and fishermen of the city. He will also announce a special package for the fishermen during his address.
The Prime Minister will attend the passing out ceremony at Staff College, as a chief guest.
