According to Heat magazine, Meghan Markle is ‘clinging to’ her husband, Prince Harry, for support as she prepares for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, just days after her estranged father suffered a catastrophic stroke.
According to a source close to the Duchess of Sussex, who arrived in the UK on Wednesday with Harry and their children Archie and Lilibet, her father’s illness could not have come at a worse time.
“It goes without saying that she hopes he’s okay,” the insider added, “but the fact is that they’ve been estranged for a long time and it’s hard to see that changing right now given all that’s happened.”

“Of course, it’s all occurring at the worst possible time,” the source continued, “and it just adds to the stress and misery she’s already dealing with.” She’s clinging to Harry right now because the Jubilee is stressful enough without all of this.”
Meghan is also claimed to be ‘thankful’ for having Prince Harry by her side, according to a source: “She’s counting on him more than ever… He’s always been there for her, and she’s told Harry that she needs his help, as well as protection from the royals during the Jubilee. But she knows deep down that he’ll always be there for her.”
