The leader of a breakaway territory in eastern Ukraine has announced that foreign representatives, including Western officials, will be invited to a trial of Ukrainian fighters being held there.
Interfax quoted Denis Pushilin as saying that prosecutors in the self-declared Donetsk People’s Republic are presently working with Moscow on the makeup of a tribunal to trial the rebels who surrendered at Mariupol’s besieged Azovstal steelworks.
