According to the New York Post, a mother from Minnesota was arrested for reportedly killing her six-year-old kid and stuffing his body in her trunk.

Eli Hart, her son, was just granted custody of her. During a traffic stop, authorities discovered the child’s body in her Chevy Impala.

Julissa Thaler, 28, was arrested after police discovered blood on the inside of her vehicle. Her car was searched after the observation.

Eli’s father, Tory Hart, has filed multiple complaints with the court. He’d told them about her drug addiction and mental health difficulties.

Regardless, Thaler was the father who received full custody of the child. He was discovered dead 10 days later.

“They disregarded us no matter how many cries we cried,” Hart’s fiance, Josephson, alleged. “Regardless of how many red flags there were.”

Many social workers were concerned about Thaler’s mental state, precarious living environment, and criminal past, according to documents from the family court.

According to reports, Hart was unable to bond with his kid until 2021 due to Thaler’s refusal to let him into the toddler’s life.
