Harry Style discuss to shoots naked sequences for his next films
Harry Styles explains the degree of nudity involved in the sex scenes he recorded for his upcoming flicks Don’t Worry Darling and My Policeman. Styles is pursuing acting after catching the acting bug after participating in Christopher Nolan’s WWII epic Dunkirk.
In addition to his role as Eros in the Eternals post-credits scene in 2021, Styles has two major projects coming out in 2022. Don’t Worry Darling, set in the 1950s and starring Florence Pugh as Styles’ wife, is an erotic thriller set in the 1950s.
The other project is a film version of Bethan Roberts’ novel My Policeman, which will debut in the autumn of 2022. In the film, Styles portrays a gay police officer who is married to a woman but has a secret connection with a male museum curator.
In a new interview with Howard Stern, Harry talks about the vulnerability that comes with filming a naked scene and how he tried to make himself and his scene partners feel at ease.
According to Screenrant, Harry stated,”I think the most important thing in that stuff is trust. I think if you speak about it properly with everyone that’s involved [that helps]. If you remember that the most important thing on the set is the two human beings doing it.”
Despite their similar on-set circumstances, Don’t Worry Darling and My Policeman are diametrically opposed. One takes a more thrilling approach, like The Stepford Wives, while the other focuses on wistful drama, like Call Me By Your Name. Styles will have demonstrated his flexibility as an actor in a few months if he delivers in both films.
