According to a report on Saturday by Dubai-based Al Arabiya TV, Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior confiscated an Iranian ship carrying 240 tons of illicit fuel.

The ministry stated that it captured the ship on local seas and arrested its Iranian crew members.

According to the report, the Iranian ship crew purchased gasoline from smaller ships at a certain price.

The ministry also stated that an inquiry is ongoing to uncover all of the facts surrounding the smuggling occurrence.
