On Thursday, Elon Musk was accused of sexual harassment by Business Insider, which stated that SpaceX paid a flight attendant $250,000 to be silent after she claimed that the company’s CEO had sexually harassed her.
The victim’s friend came forward with a statement, detailing the entire episode and claiming that, unlike her buddy, she was not bound by any non-disclosure agreement.
Insider quoted her as stating, “When you choose to keep silent, you become a part of that system.”
The SpaceX CEO described the allegations as “crazy,” dismissing them and calling them “completely false.”

After refuting the allegations, the billionaire published a tweet from a year ago in which he hinted at a “scandal.”
“If there’s ever a scandal about me, please call it Elongate,” Musk added in the tweet.
Musk retweeted an old tweet amid the harassment allegations, adding, “Finally, we get to call the scandal Elongate. It’s almost ideal.”
His admirers were amused and supportive, but some ridiculed the billionaire as well.
People were envious of him, according to a fan.
Others on social media believed he was concealing his true feelings.
A user shared a meme depicting a figure smiling while disguising his sad face.
People only use the emoticon Musk used in the tweet when they are “angry,” according to one user.
Someone told him to “grow up.”
