Ukraine will receive CAD $9 million in humanitarian aid from Canada

Canada will give two relief organizations CAD 9 million (about $7.5 million) to help Ukrainians affected by the conflict.

In addition, Canada pledged $2 million in support for dairy farmers in western Ukraine, with the goal of “providing prospects for economic growth and contributing to regional food security.”

To date in 2022, Canada has contributed $245 million in humanitarian aid to react to the escalating humanitarian catastrophe in Ukraine and neighboring countries, according to the organization.
