According to Africa News, a video footage from Stellenbosch University in South Africa has upset many in the country, showing a white student peeing over a black student’s things.

The event occurred on May 15, at 4:00 a.m., when the black student was asleep in his room, according to the varsity’s student union.

The off-camera student in the video spreading on social media says, “Why are you peeing in my room?” “I’m waiting for someone,” the brown-haired white boy said coldly.

The institution condemned the behaviour as “destructive, hateful, and racist,” and the perpetrator was suspended.

When asked what he was doing, the racist boy allegedly answered “this is what we do to black lads,” according to the Congress of South African Students.

“We are outraged by this behaviour,” said Wim de Villiers, vice president of the institution. “No student has the right to disrespect another student’s dignity or rights in this manner.”

There was a ruckus on campus, and various protests erupted, with students of all races taking part.
