Gregory C. Foster II, a prison officer, roughly an hour south of Buffalo, made a “despicable social media post”; according to a statement released Tuesday by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS).
According to DOCCS, he allegedly uploaded a meme on Facebook with a photo of the Tops supermarket; and a statement about a “clean up” in many aisles.

Authorities have labelled the supermarket shooting a hate crime; since 11 of the 13 people shot by a white gunman 18-year-old were Black.
