Russian forces are reportedly withdrawing from the war-torn area, and the city is returning to “normalcy.”

Assed Baig was reporting near the eastern city of Kharviv.

Baig said, “People are returning. The governor said people are beginning to return but he was worried that in some of the areas taken back by the Ukrainians, the Russians may have left mines.”

“But there is some normality returning to the city.”
