A Russian bomb targeted a school in eastern Ukraine on Saturday, killing more than 60 people, according to the local governor.

In the village of Bilohorivka, near the frontline in the Donbas region, about 90 local residents had taken refuge in the school.

Diplomatic efforts to rescue wounded soldiers from the besieged Azovstal steelworks in Mariupol are continuing.
