During the capital riots last year, his account was disabled.
He attempted to argue that Twitter was coerced by members of the Congress to suspend his account.
James Donato rejected Trump’s argument which catered the First Amendment of the US Constitution.
The riot left several people dead.
After which, multiple social media platforms removed Trump from their services.
He claimed that the election loss was due to widespread fraud.
The twitter allowed the Taliban to tweet about its military victories in Afghanistan.
He was censored, labelling the tweets as “misleading information.”
Trump launched a legal action against Twitter, Facebook, and Google, alleging the unlawfully silence.
Twitter claimed it had barred the “glorification of violence.”
The company said the tweets that led to Trump’s removal were “highly likely” to encourage people to replicate what happened in the Capitol riots.
