If Johnny Depp does not let Amber Heard live rent-free in three of his LA properties, her legal team has threatened him with a restraining order.
In 2016, filings from Jepp’s lawyer were filed in Fairfax County Court in Virginia, enlisting money demands from Amber. Depp received the docs a few days after Amber filed for divorce.
Smaantha Spector, the Aquaman star’s lawyer, wanted “exclusive use and ownership” of a black Range Rover, as well as the ability to reside in three West Hollywood penthouses with “Johnny continuing to pay mortgage and utility payments.”
The actor was also requested to provide $100,000 to the attorney in the letter.
“As you may be aware, your client and Amber’s husband, Johnny Depp, physically abused and threatened Amber in their penthouse apartment on Saturday night, May 21st,” the letter said.
“There are multiple eyewitnesses to this event, and there are images of the property damage Johnny committed, as well as Amber’s bodily injuries.”
“Unfortunately, this isn’t Johnny’s first time committing domestic violence towards Amber.
“In fact, in the last six months, there have been two such occurrences.”
“Although Amber is scared of Johnny, she is adamant that we do all we can to keep this problem out of the media limelight,” the letter said. “This is why she has not filed a CLETS DV TRO and why we did not arrange for Johnny to be personally served at yesterday night’s movie premiere.”
