Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Wednesday visited Chinese Embassy in Islamabad and met with the Chinese authorities.

Speaking on the occasion, the Foreign Minister expressed grief over loss of precious human lives during terrorist attack on Chinese nationals in Karachi on Tuesday.
Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar also accompanied Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
The Foreign Minister said the relationship between Pakistan and China is based on generations-long loyalty.
He said terrorists’ nefarious designs cannot sabotage Pak-China friendship. He also recorded his impressions in the guest’s book at the Chinese Embassy.
Earlier, China strongly condemns the suicide blast in the University of Karachi that claimed the lives of three Chinese teachers.
The spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry Hua Chunying wrote in a tweet that the country strongly condemns the terrorist activity and expresses sympathies with the victims.
However, the spokesperson underscored that nothing will undermine the China-Pakistan friendship.
“We strongly condemn the terrorist attack targeting Chinese teachers at University of Karachi and express our condolences to the victims. Nothing will undermine China-Pakistan friendship.”

Earlier, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday visited the Chinese embassy here and conveyed his condolence over the death of Chinese nationals in a blast that took place in Karachi earlier in the afternoon.
