Russia is dismissing three Norwegian diplomats, according to Norway’s foreign ministry, weeks after Oslo ousted a similar number of Russian envoys over Moscow’s invasion.
“The Russian side has no grounds for accusing Norwegian diplomats of anything other than routine diplomatic work,” the ministry told Reuters.
