According to Downing Street, Boris Johnson has not received any more penalties for breaching the lockdown restrictions.

Sources informed ITV News that penalties had been imposed for a drinks party in the Downing Street garden in May 2020, which was attended by the Prime Minister.
Mr Johnson previously expressed regret for attending the “bring your own liquor” affair, claiming that he “implicitly” assumed it was a company function.
When the event took place on May 20, 2020, strict Covid restrictions were in effect.
People could not leave their houses – or be outside the area where they resided – unless they had a valid cause, which may include jobs that could not be done from home.
On the same day, the government’s official Twitter account warned residents that outdoor gatherings should be limited to two individuals.
The BBC was unable to ascertain whether or not fixed penalty notices were issued in connection with the incident.
Meanwhile, Mr Johnson returned to the UK following a two-day trip to India, where he downplayed the partygate controversy, stating that people wanted the administration to “concentrate on the subjects on which we were elected.”
Mr Johnson stated in January that he had visited the garden party for 25 minutes to praise workers for their efforts, but that he should have sent everyone back inside in hindsight.

The gathering was revealed thanks to a leaked email from Martin Reynolds, Mr Johnson’s then-principal private secretary, asking visitors to “enjoy the great weather.”

Mr Johnson, his wife Carrie, and Chancellor Rishi Sunak were fined by the police earlier this month for breaking lockdown restrictions by attending a party to celebrate his birthday in June 2020.
Mr Johnson and Mr Sunak, however, refused to retire despite all three of them apologising.
The prime minister is known to have attended at least two more of the 12 gatherings under investigation by Met Police, including the 20 May gathering, raising the possibility that he will be penalised once again.
“Yes,” he said during a trip to India when asked if he would still be in office by October, the deadline for a trade pact with the nation.
