Putin’s heinous plan to torture, rape, and murder Ukrainians

PUTIN’S PLANS to torture, rape, and execute individuals in Ukraine are all part of his ‘destroy’ campaign, according to the country’s prosecutor general.

Iryna Venediktova and her colleagues are amassing proof of Russian forces committing thousands of war crimes. She has stated that Putin “wants to destroy Ukraine and kill all Ukrainians, that is his plan.” Ms Venediktova asserted that Russia’s genocide in Ukraine is self-evident.

However, as a prosecutor, she stated that she must gather evidence, particularly in locations such as Mariupol, which is under siege.

Russian troops have been assaulting Ukraine for nearly two months, and the horrific photos of the war’s atrocities, including mass graves, rapes, and tortures of innocent civilians, have spurred international condemnation of Russia.

Speaking to Sky News, Ukraine’s top prosecutor said, while referring to the besieged Mariupol: “I will give you the evidence when I have access to this territory.”

She continued by describing Putin’s heinous approach, which, according to Ms Venediktova, is divided into two revolting components and is imposed by the supreme commander.

She said: “They have Plan A: cities should capitulate.

“If a city does not capitulate, they move to Plan B: to scare this population to the maximum.

“Kill, rape, torture, and other brutal things.”

Asked if she thought the shooting of civilians, execution-style, had been pre-planned by Russia before the invasion, Ms. Venediktova said: “I think it is a strategy of their chief of commander because we see the same strategy in other countries.

“It is a strategy of war.”

Previously, Ms. Venediktova had revealed that 1,222 people are confirmed dead in the Kyiv region.

She stated that an inquiry into war crimes has been launched, with 500 people identified thus far.

These include senior military and political officials from Russia.

According to the head prosecutor, the number of war crimes identified has surpassed 8,000.
