According to the Pentagon, Ukraine currently has more tanks on the ground than Russia, as Putin is believed to have lost over 20,000 men.

“At the moment, the Ukrainians have more tanks in Ukraine than the Russians do, and they certainly have the authority to employ them,” a senior US defense official stated.

According to Ukraine’s military, Russia has lost 838 tanks since the incursion began.

It comes as pro-Kremlin website Readovka revealed on Russian social media platform VK that 13,400 Russian troops had been killed and another 7,000 have gone missing. According to the latest Russian military data, just 1,351 people were killed.
