Meghan Markle, who returned to the United States on Monday after wrapping up her Invictus Games tour, is said to have spent £38,000 on her charity outfits.

While attending the Invictus Games, Prince Harry’s sweetheart wore seven fashionable ensembles and flaunted new jewellery, including a £12,800 Cartier necklace and a £911 set of pinky rings.

Meghan’s outfits for the Easter weekend trip were apparently from a mix of high-end designers and independent jewellers, costing a total of £37,869, according to The Sun.

The mother-of-most two’s costly ensemble was worn during the Opening Ceremony, when she wore a £620 body suit by US designer Khaite, paired with £595 Manolo pumps and a £12,800 Cartier necklace.

The expense of Meghan’s work clothing was covered by Prince Charles through the money he gave the newlyweds from the Duchy of Cornwall when she was a working member of the royal family.

However, it is unclear who will foot the tab for Meghan’s outfits now that the pair is financially independent.

The Invictus Games 2022 were officially launched in the Netherlands by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The royal couple exchanged a sweet kiss in addition to exhibiting their parenting style and trendy fashion sense.
