By supplying arms, west is dragging out war; Russia’s Defense Minister claims
Western powers are “doing all that to haul out” the conflict in Ukraine, Russia’s defense minister Sergei Shoigu was cited by the RIA news office as saying.
During a gathering with authorities, Mr. Shoigu guaranteed the rising volume of military arms being given to Ukraine would “incite the Kyiv system to battle to the last Ukrainian standing”.
He proceeded to guarantee Russian powers were “deliberately doing” plans to “free” two breakaway areas in eastern Ukraine.
Mr. Shoigu, who is near President Vladimir Putin, said: “The United States and Western nations it controls are doing all that to haul out the extraordinary military activity however much as could reasonably be expected.”
Western nations have given Ukraine military arms worth billions of dollars, with the US alone contribution help worth more than $2.5bn.
