After uploading a surprise selfie of himself with singer Taylor Swift on social media, American rap musician Drake has kept fans speculating about his future music project.
On Monday evening, the Canadian artist took to Instagram and shared a series of photos with the description, “They too soft to comprehend the concept of hard work.”
One of the photos posted showed the One Dance singer at a party, while another showed his son, Adonis.
Surprisingly, towards the very end of the photo slideshow, a retro photograph of Drake with his arms around Swift appeared, which appears to have been captured with a Polaroid camera.
The flashback photo has caused a lot of buzz among the two musicians’ followers, who are wondering if it was a hint to a possible collaboration or if they are finally gearing up for something big.
Within minutes, fans flooded the comments section on Drake’s post, suggesting that this throwback snap of the duo is certainly going to “break the internet.”
Several others commented, “What do you think is happening?” on the rapper’s photo.
Swift, on the other hand, has been working on re-recording her six Big Machine Records albums. She’s released re-recorded versions of her 2008 album Fearless and her breakout 2012 album Red so far.
