Russian shelling struck a church in the eastern Ukrainian city of Severodonetsk, according to Serhii Haidai, the chairman of the Luhansk area military administration.

“On Palm Sunday, the orcs [a pejorative Ukrainian word for Russian forces] bombarded the church in Severodonetsk,” Haidai claimed.

According to the Julian calendar, many Ukrainians commemorated Palm Sunday on April 17th.
