A total of 2,557 persons were evacuated via humanitarian corridors on April 14, 2022. According to a Ukrinform journalist, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister and Temporary Occupied Territories Reintegration Minister Iryna Vereshchuk made the necessary comment.
“Today, a total of 2,557 persons were evacuated,” stated Vereshchuk.
According to her, a total of 2,332 persons travelled by automobile from Mariupol and Berdiansk to Zaporizhzhia. 289 persons travelled from Mariupol and 2,043 from the Zaporizhzhia region (Polohiv, Vasylivka, Berdiansk and Melitopol).
A total of 252 persons were evacuated from the Luhansk Region, according to Vereshchuk (Lysychansk, Sievierodonetsk, Rubizhne, Kreminna and Popasna).
“The [Russian] occupying troops failed to maintain the ceasefire regime once more,” Vereshchuk said.
Nine humanitarian routes have been approved for April 14th.
