Zelensky proposed exchanging Viktor Medvedchuk, a detained pro-Russian Ukrainian politician and oligarch, for captured Ukrainian POWs.

“I propose to the Russian Federation that ‘your guy’ be exchanged for our captured boys and girls. “Our law enforcement and military must also consider this possibility,” Zelensky said in a video message Tuesday.
Also, Zelensky warned Russia that Ukrainian forces would capture more troops.
