There are editions of the Holy Qur’an that contain the supplication; the prayer of sealing the Qur’an.

It is the Du’a that was not narrated by the Holy Prophet(PBUH), rather it is a supplication for Ibn Taymiyyah that no one denied.
Since, there is no evidence of praying a specific supplication, Muslims can supplicate according to their will.
Following are the supplications that are recommended to be made, after completing the Qur’an.
First Ashra of Ramadan has ended. And the prayer of sealing the Qur’an is amongst the most browsed on Google, during this month.
Oh God, have mercy on me with the Qur’an and make it an imam, light, guidance and mercy for me.
Oh God, remind me of it what I forgot, teach me of it what I did not know, and grant me recitation of it during the night and the ends of the day, and make it a proof for me, Lord of the worlds.
O Allah, set right for me my religion, which is the safeguard of my affairs, set right for me my worldly life, in which is my livelihood, set right for me my hereafter, in which is my hostility, and make life an increase for me in every good, and make death a relief for me from all evil.
Oh God, make the best of my life its end, and the best of my work its end, and the best of my days the day I meet You.
Oh God, I ask you for a good life and death together and a return that is neither shameful nor scandalous.
Oh God, I ask You for the best question, the best supplication, the best success, the best knowledge, the best deed, the best reward, the best life, and the best death.
Oh God, I ask You for the causes of Your mercy, the intentions of Your forgiveness, safety from every sin, booty from every righteousness, victory in Paradise and deliverance from Hellfire.
O Allah, best our punishment in all matters, and save us from the disgrace of this world and the torment of the hereafter.
Oh God, do not leave us a sin except that it is forgiven, and there is no concern except that it relieves it, and there is no religion except that it has decreed, and there is no need of the needs of this world and the hereafter except that it is fulfilled, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
