After a private dispute, William was ‘disgusted’ by Meghan’s ‘blow’ on Kate, according to an expert

During her explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan Markle discussed a private spat with her sister-in-law Kate Middleton, but more revelations about life behind palace walls are set to be revealed in Prince Harry’s planned memoirs.

An analyst claims that Prince William was “disgusted” by Meghan Markle’s “attack” on the Duchess of Cambridge in her interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Meghan accused her sister-in-law Kate of making her weep during a bridesmaid dress fitting, and she apologized in front of millions of people all around the world.

Tina Brown, a former Vanity Fair editor and novelist who was acquainted with Princess Diana, alleges William was irritated that Meghan chose to discuss the sensitive matter publicly when she knew Kate would be unable to respond.

However, she believes things will worsen when Prince Harry’s memoir is released later this year, and that he will use the pages to “go after” his father Charles and his wife Camilla, whom Tina claims he “can’t bear.”

She believes, however, that Harry will not lash out at the Queen or Kate, claiming that he is “extremely fond” of his sister-in-law.

She told THE TELEGRAPGH MAGAZINE  : “William was disgusted about Meghan’s attack on Kate because she can’t answer back.

“But that’s nothing compared to how furious he’s going to be when this book comes out.”

Oprah asked Meghan about reports of a brawl during the bridesmaid dress fitting during the interview. Insiders reported Meghan had gotten into a spat with Kate about the flower girl outfits, but Meghan stated in the interview that it was the other way around. She said: “It was a really hard week of the wedding, and she was upset about something, but she owned it, and she apologised, and she brought me flowers and a note apologizing and she did what I would do if I knew that I hurt someone. To just take accountability for it..

“What was hard to get over was being blamed for something that not only I didn’t do but that happened to me and the people that were a part of my wedding going to my comms team, saying, I know this didn’t happen. I don’t have to tell them what actually happened, but i can at least go on the record saying, ‘She didn’t make her cry.

She added: “Everyone in the institution knew it wasn’t true. I am not sharing that piece about Kate to be in any way disparaging about her. I would hope that she would want that to be corrected.”

However she accepts that Kate may have been told not to negate the rumors, saying the duchess is a “good person”.

She said the narrative around the bridesmaid dress fitting was a turning point in terms of her royal life, saying: “I think that’s when everything changed, really.
