When touring the city of Bucha earlier this week, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told CBS News’ “60 Minutes” that all he saw was “death, only death.”
In the interview, which will appear on Sunday, Zelenskyy claimed that in its war against Russia, Ukraine is “defending the ability of a person to live in the modern world”
“They say we’re defending Western values. I always say, what are Western values? Someone who lives in the United States or Europe, do they also not like children?” According to Zelenskyy.
In an interview with “60 Minutes,” Ukraine’s president discusses the country’s war against Russia.
"We are defending the right to live."
