The former Towie star opened up about Rami Hawash’s injuries after she returned from Glasgow, revealing he suffered “a very serious accident”

Rami could be seen with a medical patch over his eye and a big cut on the bridge of his nose in a selfie of the reunited couple.

Rami was involved in an accident at work the week before, and Gemma said she would feel better about his injuries once his operation was over.

The TV personality, who has had a difficult week, also revealed to viewers that her mother had a close call while driving her car.

“London to Glasgow I didn’t get any sleep because of a car breakdown, but I made it back to you after our first week apart since we started dating “she said in the caption.

“I missed you guys, and just before I left for my tour, Rami had a really bad accident at work that required surgery. It’s been a strange week leading up to my tour!!!

“My mother also drove into a display of ceramic plant pots at the local garden centre!!! If you don’t laugh, you’ll most likely cry!!! We must maintain a cheerful attitude at all times. Poor Rami, as soon as his operation is through, I will be able to relax fully.”

After her car broke down on the road between London and Glasgow at 4.30 a.m., Gemma had a tough few days.

She informed her fans, “Guys, you’re not capable of writing this. I’m currently stuck in a car at the M6 toll booth. Can someone come and help me please.
