Prince Charles and Princess Diana became acquaintances with Jimmy Savile, a well-known British children’s entertainer who was exposed as a pedophile, rapist, and necrophiliac with 450 victims after his death.
According to Jimmy Savile: A British Horror Story, a new Netflix documentary, Charles sought PR counsel from the BBC broadcaster a month after the Lockerbie bombing in December 1988.
In January 1989, Charles wrote: “Perhaps I am wrong, but you are the bloke who knows what’s going on. What I really need, is a list of suggestions from you. I so want to get to parts of the country that others don’t get to reach.”

Even after Church of England Bishop Peter Ball was given a police warning in 1992 as a result of abuse claims, Prince Charles pledged his support.
The ball was eventually sentenced to 32 months in prison in 2015 for sexual offenses against 17 youths and young men, but only after a lengthy period in which his crimes were downplayed by a variety of establishment allies, according to an independent investigation released in 2018.
Among evidence at the inquiry, Prince Charles wrote Ball a letter in February 1995: “I wish I could do more. I feel so desperately strongly about the monstrous wrongs that have been done to you and the way you have been treated.”

According to The Times of the United Kingdom, Nygard is accused of enticing girls as young as 14 to his Caribbean villa, where they were drugged and raped.
