Inside the terrible ‘torture cells’ put up by Russian forces in Bucharest to ‘abuse and murder citizens’

According to accounts, RUSSIAN military stationed in Bucha reportedly set up torture rooms where the dead remains of Ukrainian people were discovered.

The victims were discovered in the basement of a building used by the Russian army, shot in the back of the head execution-style.

The Ukrainian military uploaded a terrifying video purporting to show the location of the Russian torture room and civilian bodies in Bucha, a tiny village 35 miles northwest of Kyiv.

According to Ukrainian reports, they were executed-style shot in the back, with at least one shot in the kneecaps.

“The occupants established a barracks in one room,” according to the footage posted by Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence.

“In the next room, civilians were shot. Their bodies have not been found.”

A Ukrainian soldier leading the camera team around the basement says in the video: “They began by shooting their knees. Take a look at what happened to the knee.”

The video continues: “They chained their hands and forced them to kneel against the wall. A bullet to the head. That’s it.”

Another Ukrainian soldier speaks to the camera, saying: “Yes, one of the instances involved the discovery of the location where [the Russians] were stationed.

“That’s where they lived, had their headquarters, plotted, and I believe there was a separate room for the officer from their federal security service.

“There was an interrogation room, and then there were five killed citizens with their wrists tied and heads shot in the next room.”

According to Bucha’s mayor, Anatoly Fedoruk, 280 individuals have been buried in mass graves.

He said that among the victims was a 14-year-old child.
After the horrific photographs were viewed throughout the world, Russia was labelled “worse than ISIS” and accused of genocide.
