According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia has lost 18,300 personnel, including seven generals, 644 tanks, and 1,830 armoured combat vehicles as of April 3. Russia, on the other hand, has only acknowledged the deaths of 1,351 of its forces since Putin’s invasion began on February 24. In yet another setback for Putin, video footage released today purports to show two Russian convoys being annihilated by missiles launched by Ukrainian armed forces, which are said to be employing British-supplied Javelin anti-tank weaponry.
Bucha killings ‘tip of the ice berg’ says Ukrainian foreign minister
The horrific massacre of civilians in Bucha is only the “tip of the iceberg,” according to Ukraine’s foreign minister.
Dmytro Kuleba, speaking at a joint news conference with Liz Truss, urged for further penalties from the G7 and the EU.
“The horrors we’ve witnessed in Bucha are merely the tip of the iceberg of all the crimes committed by the Russian Army,” he stated.
“Half measures are no longer sufficient. This week, I urge the most severe punishments, this is the request of the victims of rapes and homicides. If you have any reservations regarding punishment, go to Bucha first.”
