After spending more than £30,000 on her young appearance, a mother who travelled abroad for a series of dangerous cosmetic surgeries said she is now mistaken for her children’s sister.
Stacey Marie Clarke, 32, of Swansea, chose to change her look after a long-term relationship ended in 2019.
After watching famous makeovers on Instagram, the mother-of-two was motivated to go to Turkey for a Brazilian butt lift, cat eye surgery, a face lift, and a lip lift.
Stacey told The Sun, ‘People say I’m unrecognisable, but I don’t care.’ The operation has cut years off my life, and I’m frequently mistaken for my boys’ adolescent sister.’
Stacey, a talented photographer, believes she didn’t have a curvaceous physique or cheekbones when she was younger.
She revealed that she became a mother-of-two at the age of 18 after getting pregnant at the age of 15, and her sons are now 15 and 16 years old.
The mother-of-two explained that she chose to travel abroad to get a new appearance after witnessing celebrities attain their desired look without paying the exorbitant rates paid in the UK.

Stacey revealed that before travelling to Turkey for further cosmetic procedures, she had a Brazilian butt lift, lip lift, and liposuction on her arms, thighs, and chin.
A number of women have spoken out about difficulties following cosmetic surgery in another country, and some have even died as a result.
Stacey stated that when she made the decision in 2019, she was aware that the treatments were dangerous.
‘Later that year, I returned and got low-cost cat eye surgery, a face lift, a hair transplant, and spent £15,000 on veneers,’ Stacey explained.
‘Within a year, I’d undergone nine dangerous operations and spent more than £30,000.’ I’ve had Botox and filler top-ups since then.’
The photographer, who has over 1,000 Instagram followers, has been swamped with comments from users admiring her young appearance.
‘Absolutely perfect babies,’ one person said, while another said, ‘Gorgeous,’ and a third observed, ‘Beautiful girl, inside and out.’
