David Beckham consoled his daughter Harper Seven after a terrible house invasion.
The father-daughter team spent the morning following the heinous occurrence baking pancakes together.
“I’ve always enjoyed and cherished Pancake Day. It’s a lot of fun flipping with Harper Seven. “We miss you Victoria, Brooklyn, Romeo [and] Cruz,” the ex-footballer said on Instagram.
An anonymous robber entered into the Beckham home on Monday and stole costly items and electrical goods.
“Police were contacted at 00.37 hours on Tuesday, March 1 to complaints of a burglary at a domestic residence in the W11 district of Kensington,” a Met spokesperson said.
“The burglary is thought to have occurred between 20.30 and 23.30 on Monday, February 28. Several things were reported stolen. There have been no arrests. Inquiries are still ongoing.”
At the time of the break-in, David, 46, and Harper were on the Holland Park property. Cruz, the footballer’s son, informed the family about the occurrence. Victoria, his wife, and their two boys, Brooklyn and Romeo, were not at home.
According to The Sun, the burglar entered through a bedroom window. The raid had “shaken up” the family, according to the site.
