Charles and William ‘begged the Queen to exclude Prince Andrew from the Philip monument, but she refused.’

Despite warnings, THE QUEEN informed Prince Charles and Prince William that walking with shamed Andrew at her late husband’s burial ceremony was her “last choice.”

The Monarch overruled both of her heirs to give her disgraced son Andrew a prominent place at the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral ceremony, according to The Mirror.

She was supposedly warned “on more than one occasion” against such a move, as both future monarchs were “totally united” against Andrew taking part in the funeral ceremony on Tuesday.

Other members of the Royal family were said to be enraged by the decision.

“There is obviously a hand being played,” a source told the Mirror.

“He (Andrew) was straight out of the blocks in front of the cameras when the Duke of Edinburgh died, which was viewed as absolutely improper inside the family.”

“Now that this issue has transpired, many believe that he (Andrew) is using his position for personal advantage.”

“The Duke of York’s reputation precedes him, and he’s made no secret that he’s not ready to fade into the background, no matter how much everyone wants him to.”
